Some Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees in a timely manner. We use third-party payment processors, including Razorpay, to handle transactions securely. You authorize these providers to process payments on our behalf.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You may not:

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiteKick and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or legal reasons. You may also terminate your account by following the deletion procedures.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. For disputes arising in Dublin, Ireland, applicable EU laws may also apply. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved via informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bengaluru, India, or another mutually agreed location.

11. Amendments

SiteKick may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by posting on the Site or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
